To Our Customers,

The Shutterbug family is taking the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously, and we want share with you our efforts in protecting the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Our staff have been given protocols to disinfect demo equipment, photo printing kiosks and commonly contacted surfaces such as door handles, glass displays, counter tops before and after handling. We are following the CDC guidelines for best practices.

To make shopping and photo printing at the Shutterbug more convenient, our Salem location will be increasing the use our drive though window. If you would like to utilize our FREE curbside pick-up for any online orders, please give us a call and we will happily bring you your order (available at all locations).

Upon evaluating our upcoming classes and events, we in our effort to stop the spread of Corvid-19 have made the call to postpone all events that have been scheduled up to April 17th. These events include the following: March 18th’s Portland Film Photo Walk March 28th’s Salem Film Photo Walk March 28th’s Eugene Film Photo Walk April 4th’s Beaverton 101 Intro to Your DSLR class April 4th’s Salem 101 Class April 4th’s Eugene 101 Class April 9th’s ALL Brands Tulip Field Workshop April 10th’s Nikon Tulip Field Workshop April 16th’s Sony Tulip Field Workshop April 17th’s Canon Tulip Field Workshop We will be offering alternative courses in late April to May to make up for these events. We apologize to those who were just as excited for these events as we were — but for the sake of keeping our community as healthy as we can, we couldn’t continue with business as usual. Returns are available for all classes that were canceled. If you would like to receive a credit and attend the make-up classes and workshops, we will be releasing dates in May as soon as we can. The Tulip Workshop will most likely become a balsamroot blooms workshop in the Columbia Gorge (imagine a flower that resembles a sunflower). 🌻 The film photo walk will be pushed into May as well. 101/102 class schedules are available for later in April and May, so please let us know if we can reschedule you for another date.
